By agreeing the terms and conditions of Edutrainnia while registering yourself as an instructor or learner and using other services, you allow us to use your data. Edutrainia is obliged to use this data by keeping above all necessary measures required by law and necessary for safety and integrity of our clients (learners & instructors) and staff.


  1. How we collect your data:
    We collect your data and information while you register yourself at this platform and while you are using our services or you interact with us at Edutrainia.


    Type of data we collect:

    1. Account data: while you register yourself as a learner/instructor at Edutrainia, we collect and store certain information i-e, your name, email, address, password, account settings and additional information like your language, country, occupation, photo, date of birth, race, ethnicity, skills, interests, phone numbers etc, and by creating your account we assign you unique identity number. 
    2. Profile data: while developing your profile you may be asked for further information like your headline, CV/biography, your residential address, bank account number, social media profile, web-links etc. your profile data will be publicly available to others.
    3. Shared content: while part of our services you will be required to share certain content like post reviews, text question answers, voice calls, posting and uploading photos, pictures, videos, assignments and other works that will be viewable to your instructors/learners, Edutrainia staff or group members.
    4. Edutrainia content data: at Edutrainia we access your dashboard content like which course, assignments, quizzers and other works you have started and completed, the content like essays, questions and answers  you exchange with your learners/instructors/other students and other items required  to satisfy course requirements. We store all above data and collect  additional information about content purchases and credits, subscriptions, certification and courses you have started and completed.
    5. Student payment data: when you are enrolled at Edutrainia and start making purchases, we collect certain data (like your billing address, ZIP code) required to process your orders. Your billing data is automatically shared with payment services providers though for security Edutrainia does not collect or store sensitive cardholder data(i-e full credit card number or card authentication data).
    6. Instructor payment data: we use instructor data to send payments to your account so as an instructor you are required to link your payoneer or other payment account to the services to receive your payments in legal compliance with applicable laws.
    7. Surveys and promotions: we administer surveys or promotions using our platform. Your data is subject to privacy policy unless otherwise the third prty’s privacy policy will apply.

To  communicate with you about your accounts by responding to your questions, concerns, sending you administrative messages and information (including messages from your instructors/students).  Notifications, progress reports in course related contents, reward programs, news letters, and other instructor related content

    We may disclose your data to third party if we have good faith that disclosure is:
    1. Required by Laws.
    2. Requested as a part of judicial or government or legal inquiry order or proceedings.
    3. Required when to detect, prevent or address fraud, abuse, misuse, crime, violation of our policies, dispute, security and for resolving technical issues.


  4. Security:

    Though we us appropriate security measures but there is always risk of unauthorized access. Hence it is very important to protect your password . you should not share it with any third party, incase you believe your password is compromised you should change it immediately and contact with our support team.

  5. Accessing, updating and deleting your password data:
    1. To stop receiving promotional communications from us, you can simply opt out by using unsubscribe mechanism.
    2. To update data you provide directly, log into your account and update your account information anytime.
    3. You can terminate your account and contact our support team.
    4. Even you terminate your account, some or all your data may still be visible to others and we can retain your data for as long as we have a legitimate purpose to do so.

    For individuals younger than 18 years of age  we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in children’s online interests and activities. We have taken necessary measures to stop online abuses and we provide parental access to student’s dashboards underage of 18.

    Though there are different rules regarding the use and access to data in different parts of the world, we respect the rights of all users of our services and try to ensure the implementation of the policies to safeguard their rights in general like “Right to know”, “ Right to correction”, “Right to deletion”, “Right to non-discrimination” and “Right to out-put”.
